Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES

We hope you love your sashayboutique.ca purchase, but if you need to make an Exchange, you can do so within 21 days of placing your order. Please be advised that once an order has been placed it can't be cancelled or changed. You'll have to wait until you receive your purchase and then return it. You have the option to either exchange your item(s) or receive store credit once we've received your returned package.

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE IN STORE

Merchandise can be Exchanged at our boutique in person at 7724 Yonge St, L4J1W2, Thornhill ON, Canada.

Bring the item(s) to a sales associate along with your invoice. If all Exchange(S) requirements are successfully met, the sales associate will then initiate Exchange / Store Credit process for you immediately. Please remember to keep all tags on if you want to Exchange the item(s).  If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the Exchange/Store Credit will not be processed.

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE by Mail

  • Email us at info@sashayboutique.ca with the following information:
    Full Name, Phone Number, Address, Order Number. Items being Exchanged, and please indicate new size or item you would like to exchange for. We will reply with a Code Authorization Number.
  • Make sure item(s) are securely packaged.
  • Use a traceable, prepaid and insured shipping method through Canada Post, USPS or your local postal service provider.
  • Please remember to keep all tags on if you want to return the item. If you Exchange an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.
  • Mail your package to: Sashay Boutique, 7724 Yonge St, L4J 1W2, Thornhill, ON, Canada.

 

Please Note:

  • We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen while in transit.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning your items. This cost is non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.

Any items sent back without Code Authorization Number will not be accepted and sent back at owners’ expense. If the item is not accepted back by the post office, items will be held at the store until they are picked up or payment for reshipment is received.

There is No Return/Refund Policy only Exchange or Store Credit. 

Please make sure our Exchange Policy either By Mail or in Store is within 21 Days after your Purchase.
